Thomas D. White is Managing Partner of White’s Lodging LLC, a company specializing in the development and management of hotels. These include Hawthorn Suites of Naples by Wyndham, an 82-room all-suite hotel, and the Hyatt Place Sarasota, a 114-room hotel. Last year, the Hawthorn Suites of Naples was awarded “Hotel of the Year” by Wyndham.
White has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 15 years. Currently, he holds the position of Treasurer for the Collier County Lodging and Tourism Alliance and has recently been elected to serve as President of the Sports Council of Collier County.
After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University, White earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
White has been an active member in the Pelican Bay Rotary Club for the past 11 years and currently serves on the Board of Directors. He also has been actively involved with Moorings Presbyterian Church and has previously served as a Church Elder.
