Partner Requirements:
Any accommodations business renting five or more rooms at one address for one calendar year, such as hotels, motels, rental agencies, inns, etc., who contribute to the tourism tax may be a Partner. Any entity associated with the lodging or tourism industry such as restaurants, attractions, museums, rental car agencies, retail, fishing or tour guides, transportation companies may be Partners. Only Partners can run for the Board of Directors.
Associate Partner Requirements:
Any business or individuals not indicated above may be Associate Partners. Associate Partners may attend all meetings [except special meetings]. Associate Partners cannot serve on the Board of Directors.
Association Partner Requirements:
Any group, either residential or commercial may be Association Partners. Only current members of the Association Board can serve on the Board of Directors for CCLTA.
